Survey features include:
- Complete Later - If you start the survey but do not finish, you can save your answers by choosing the Complete Later feature. You will be given a password that will allow you to go back to where you left off and finish the survey. If you just close the browser without choosing Complete Later, your answers will be lost.
- Time Out - The survey will time out if there hasn’t been any activity for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes a pop-up will appear asking if you want to continue. If you don’t respond, your survey answers will be lost. If you are interrupted, please use the Complete Later feature to save your answers to date.
- Submit Survey - When you have finished answering survey questions, please click the Submit Survey button to finish the survey and record your answers.
- Review Your Answers - The Review Your Answers feature lets you go back and review your answers on any page of the survey.
- Browser Buttons - Please do not use the Back and Forward buttons on your browser to navigate through the survey because your answers may not display properly. Use the Review Your Answers link to navigate back through the survey and Continue button at the bottom of each page to move forward through the pages in order.
