YOUR DUTIES
As an Ambassador during the Survey, your role is vital to its success. Your duties during the
survey process are to:
- assist employees with questions about logging onto the Morehead Associates web site to complete the survey "on-line"
- help staff without computers locate a computer terminal or kiosk
- answer questions about the survey process, ensuring that employees understand that the survey is conducted by Morehead, and is entirely anonymous
- help employees locate the appropriate departmental code for the survey
- contact Human Resources regarding employees with special needs who may need assistance
- monitor the response rate
The goal is 100% participation.
